Vegetarian Grill...and Hamburgers

Since it's now officially summer, we decided to grill out tonight. We knew we wanted the sweet potatoes and corn that Bobby Flay made on Throwdown, but we needed to have something else. I decided to make a veggie burger for myself. JJ has been doing great with not eating meat, and I knew he'd been craving a big juicy cheeseburger, so I picked up some ground beef for him and made him some burgers. We added a side salad and this was a great, complete, vegetarian meal!

Big, Juicy, Healthy Cheeseburgers

1 lb. 96% lean ground beef

1/2 yellow onion, grated

1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

Garlic Salt

Pepper

Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

4 slices of colby jack cheese

Gently toss ground beef, onion, worchestershire, salt, and peppers in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Grill for 5 minutes on each side (medium-well). Place the cheese on for the last minute or two of cooking.

I don't even like cheeseburgers, but just the name of the recipe has me drooling!
