Pizza Monday!

JJ and I got this pizza one night from Avers, a popular place in Bloomington. It was so good, but really expensive! I knew I could make it at home for much less. It's made without the sausage, but JJ wanted some meat on the pizza, and I thought a sun dried tomato sausage would be perfect!



1 pizza crust (I used TJ's herb pizza dough)
1 c. pesto
1 can artichokes, chopped
10 sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1 c. ricotta
2 chicken sausage links, sliced
Pizza seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out dough, bake for 8 minutes.
Remove pizza, coat with pesto and top with remaining ingredients. Bake for another 6 minutes or until crispy.
